Jersey Giants- Straight Run

Jersey Giants are from our sister farm (Nathan's flock)

These are extreamly calm and docile yet large birds.  They lay about 150-200 large brown eggs per year.  They are not likely to go broody and tolerate the heat and cold pretty well.  They may need extra shade and water during the peak heat of the summer.  They reach maturity between 6-8 months and are slow growers.

Orders are filled in the order they are received. We do offer limited amounts of preorders for shipping weather permitting, please select "Preorder Shipped".  Chicks will start being shipped out in March and be completed by November/ December.  We ship out USPS shipping prices may fluculate up/down depending on final shipping costs.  We package our chicks in a sturdy box approved by the USPS along with grow gel, feed and a heat source if needed.   We are not responisible for damaged caused by shipping nor will we replace them, you can file a claim with USPS.  Please reach out to me if you have any questions and to coordinate pick up/shipping.
