Montalvo Package

This package is for 3 month old grow outs, while pullets are desired they are not a 100% guaranteed and an occasional late blooming cockerel may arise and is not uncommon.

-The first set of eggs will be set on 7/20/2026.
- All obvious cockerels will be culled from the flock by the breeder and will decrease available birds for pick up.
-Grow outs will be available for pick up on 11/2. Exact date can be adjusted backwards/forward by 2 weeks based on schedules.
- Pick up location will be as close to half way for both parties and agreed to by both.  
-The buyer understands that the amount of eggs laid can be seasonal and less eggs maybe set if they are unavaliable.  

- A 10% deposit ($180) will be taken for the goal of 60 pullets per order.
-The deposit will be applied to the final invoice (Final payment will be adjusted to reflect the actual amount of birds to be received)
- Deposits & final payment can be made via: PayPal, Cashapp or Venmo. 
- Any deposit will be held and not spent by breeder until the order is fufilled. In the event the breeder cannot fulfill any of the order due to unforeseen circumstances the breeder will refund the deposit. In the event the buyer decides to cancel after the birds hatch the buyer forfits the deposit.
